Okay so today was not a good day and to be honest if I
had not commited to writing this blog I would not have exercised today, and
that is the simple truth. I had a bad day and that was all there was to it.
It started with not enough sleep and escalated from
there. I have not been sleeping well
lately, bad dreams and such, why I don’t know but I am currently blaming it on
all the exercise I have been doing. Then
there is traffic, which I hate! My road rage is terrible.
Add a dash of, “your boss was late for your meeting and
then took 5 times longer than necessary” and I think you have where I am. A
meeting that should have been done by 4 pm was finished at 5:30 pm and did I
mention there were multiple traffic accidents on the way home. Stuck in traffic and taking an hour to get
home the last thing I wanted to do was go for a jog. Luckily my wife made me.
Then I told myself that I should take it easy and only do
the bare minimum of 30 minutes after all who would blame me. Traffic, it’s late, etc….
I couldn’t take it easy even though I thought I could. Now, the hour grows late and I am not in the
best mood to write right now. I apologize
if you feel cheated in any way but these things happen. Prepare yourself for the daily break down.
