Day 21: Ran the Track



I am going to keep today short and sweet.  I had planned on discussing habits since it supposedly takes 21 days to develop one and today is day 21.  However sometimes life just gets in the way. Kelly came home today and because of weather was severely delayed.  Its now late and I am out of energy and time. 

Instead I will tell you a little about running the track, winch I did today.  It took me almost exactly 5 minutes to jog there and when I arrived there was another person running it.  This made me a little uncomfortable since I didn’t want to be passed by some professional runner. Thankfully they were on their last lap and jogged away.

After they left I couldn’t help but wonder if they fled because of me.  Do they run a mile in a blistering 13:45 as well and would be embarrassed if they thought I would blow past them. Anyway, they track is gravel and ovel and very boring to run.  They most exciting thing was when an ambulance was dispatched from the fire station with is sirens blaring it scared the crap out of me. 

That pretty much it for today.  I go on the scale and to date I have lost 3.8 pounds.

Matt – 1 hour total (50 Min Jog | 10 Minute walk)
Kelly – 1 hour total (30 Min speed walk | 30 Min on the beach)
