Day 58: Break Dancing Like It's 1984

I am going to make this quick since time has gotten away from me and it is late. 

Kelly and I went to the gym. There we saw crazy break dancer guy which neither of us understand.  This guy continually does weird stretches and break dancing moves in the middle of the gym on an unclean floor face down and laying all over it.  Why?  Well, the only thing I could come up with is that we have several movie and TV producers and such that work out at our gym, a friend of mine actually got a job just by being seen, and he is hoping someone compliments him on his mad skills and he can go to Hollywood. 

We followed one of the treadmill workouts prescribed by Kelly’s personal trainer.  It was challenging.  I pushed myself and got my treadmill to a 10 incline and 5 miles an hour. I got a side stitches and felt like I would fall off the treadmill.

That is all I have for right now as I am feeling spent.
