Day 65: Are You Tired Too?

I am having an off day.  Do you ever feel like not doing anything?  When I got up this morning my body screamed at me to go back to bed, it was by sheer will alone that I forced my fat self out of bed and laced up my shoes. 

My time this morning was dismal.  I could barley keep up a three and a half mile an hour pace, much less a four mile pace.  My jog hurt and I was tired.  Not just tired but exhausted just as I am tired now. 

I am paying for this weekend.  I had a friend of mine over and again we drank too much beer and ate out too much.  When I stepped on the scale this morning I was up three pounds.  Now I am fighting to remove all that weight. 

It is amazing how just a few meals can pack on the pounds.  Why is that?  If I eat a good diet for a week I may lose a pound or two, but   if I eat fatty foods and things I really shouldn’t I can put on three pounds in three days.  That is not fair!
