I have been trying to take a day in between jogging to
give my legs time to rest. Today was such a beautiful day and my legs felt
great so I decided to see if I could keep up the pace from the day before two
days in a row.
I was able to keep a faster than normal pace breaking the
first mile at 12:26 and the second mile at 12:58. I felt good that I was able to keep up those
hurried pace. I am now constantly
breaking that 13 minute mark.
My legs did feel tired by the end; I had just abused them
by forcing them to carry me at that speed two days in a row. I know it’s not exactly a record breaking
speed, but hey, I think it’s impressive for a fat guy.
