Day 170: Try Again

Ever have those days were you just don’t want to do anything?  Yes, this was one of those days.  I think I am still suffering from some jet lag.  I don’t know. 

I tried to jog again and again was not feeling it.  This time however I forced myself through it and all though I kept a painfully slow pace I kept telling myself to put one foot in front of the other.  According to my stop watch, I didn’t have my phone on me with Run Keeper running because the battery was almost dead when I got home, I had jogged the first half mile in a little over 7 minutes. 

You guessed it my first mile was at 14:48 practically walking only I was walk jogging, jalking I guess you could call it.  It’s like a run walk only slower.  I was tired, really, really tired. 

Hopefully after a good night sleep I will be better tomorrow.
