As I stated yesterday I set out to hurt myself. I
succeeded somewhat. I am nowhere near as
sore as I have been when I have stopped lifting heavy and then went back at
it. I guess some of this can be
attributed to the fact that I am making an effort to do some sort of physical
activity every day.
Then again it does hurt to raise my hands above my head
but not so bad I can’t stand it. My legs
hurt too. I was going to jog it out but
it hurts to walk at least until I warm up some.
So for exercise and because he can drag me if need be I took Chloe for a
speed walk around the neighborhood. The
thing is now with the time change it is getting dark quickly and I hate that.
Why can’t day light savings time be in the winter? I would vote to make it daylight out side
everyday until 7pm. Think how great it
would be to get off work in the winter and still have enough light left in the
day to actually do something outside.
After the walk my legs felt better until I sat down for
the night then getting back up was a painful process.
