Day 185: Day 185: Kept the Train a ’Rollin

I realize how I have been slipping in keeping up with the blog.  I have been exercising everyday it’s just that I don’t always have time to type up my blog.  If you are wondering I keep notes of what I do every day and I still force myself some days to bang out my exercise.

Today was a tough slog.  As I have written before there are days where I seem to hit a wall.  I don’t quite understand how it works but it goes like this:  A good night’s sleep, stick to my diet, go to exercise and I have no energy.

Other days I will have maybe 5 hours of sleep, eat like crap, and kill it in a mile like it’s nothing.  I don’t get it.  I wish there was some rhyme or reason to my energy waves, since that is what they are like. 

Today was one of those bottom of the wave type days.  My legs had a hard time getting going.  I tried to increase my speed and was greeted with a side stitch.  Afterwards instead of feeling energized I felt run down and beat up.
