Day 190: Feeling Beat

Today was not one of my finest days.  It started with me getting out the door about 15 minutes later than normal.  There was not one, but two accidents on the way to work. I had a good day at work, but honestly I almost always have a good day at work, I am one of those weirdos who loves his job.  I hate traffic though.  My morning commute usually 45 minutes was an hour and twenty.  Home wasn’t much better. 

Now, I am not feeling well and I just spent more time in the car that usual.  I was feeling run down and just plain tired.   It’s days like this where the Blog makes me workout whether I want to or not.  I suited up and we hit the gym.  By now you know my weight lifting total body routine. 

I slogged through it like it was a prison sentence.  I didn’t want to do it, but had to.  I go to the leg press and kept it light today.  I didn’t see any reason to go much beyond 500lbs.  I stayed slow and steady though out the whole of the routine.  In the end I was just glad to be done. 

Exhaustion plus aggravation equals going to bed early and hoping tomorrow will be much, much better.
