Day 202: Go Dawgs! Beat Tech!

I thought elliptical machines were supposed to be good for your knees, however, after yesterday’s long workout my knees are bothering me today. I spoke briefly with Kelly about this and she said her knees bother her as well if she does a long workout using the elliptical. 

For that reason I kept it easy today by doing a fat burning workout rather than a hill climber or endurance.   The pace didn’t really push me and I still broke a good sweat during the workout.  That was not the highlight of the day though.  Yesterday my father-in-laws physical therapist gave us permission to get out and head to my house for some college football.

After being down most of the game UGA made a heck of a come back and won the game in OT.  The perfect ending to any day!
