I didn’t want to chance the gym being packed and the temperature
wasn’t that bad outside so I decided to take a run out side. I considered a mile in doing three miles
again but I had gotten a late start and the sun had started to set.
For dinner I went paleo and ate a pound of shrimp with
collard greens and tomatoes and okra. I
felt I needed it after all the eating I did in New Orleans made my work pants
feel tight. I also decided that after
the first of the year I am going to go back to straight paleo and make a
legitimate run at counting calories to see if I can shed some of this
weight.
