We got up this morning and hit the gym for some post
party workout. Today’s mission was 30
minutes jogging on the treadmill to burn some of the calories consumed the
night before. I was shocked at how easy
it was.
My legs felt good and I didn’t even check the time until
I was over 12 minutes in. Usually I
think I have been torturing myself for 20 minutes only to find out it has been
4. I finished with an average pace of
4.34 miles an hour.
I had a good sweat and felt pretty good as well. Not bad
for the day after a party, I guess that was our reward for leaving early and
not drinking ourselves into oblivion like some the people we saw were doing.
