Time to lift heavy again.
I hit the gym anticipating that it wouldn’t be that busy and boy, was I
wrong. It was packed. Packed like I have never seen this new gym
before. There were so many people
lifting there was a wait and people sharing machines. I, for my part, stuck mostly to the machines
today since the benches along the free weight area were all taken and there
were a lot of missing free weights.
I only assume that this is because it is the first day
back from the weekend. From shoulder
press machine to chest press machine I set them all at my max weight for 12
reps and raised the weight and lowered reps as I went.
In the end there were two guys on the weighted leg press
so I just maxed out the machine again.
415 pounds with the added weight.
Then I got out of there as fast as I could.
